What is the Return Policy?
You may return most products purchased. Most items may be returned with 1 month of receiving the item. However we aren't the main seller therefore you must contact and/or make reference to the original sellers terms for returns individually.
How soon will I receive a refund on a returned item?
Refunds are commonly made back to the actual card and may take up to 30 days to credit back. However, some resellers could have different policies regarding refunds, such as only giving store credit or gift cards. Please make reference to an original sellers refund policy.
Requirements for a 100 % refund
In most cases these are the requirements for a full refund.
- Items must be in new condition
- Items need to be returned with all original packaging and accessories
- Media items (such as, movies, music, video games, and software) must be unopened and still within their plastic wrap
- Musical instruments, televisions, and electronics will need to have a UPC or serial number
- Shoes and clothing have to be unworn
Bulky Items Delivered by Specialty Carriers
In order to return a heavy or bulky item which had been delivered from a specialty carrier (e.g., CEVA, ABF, Pilot), proceed to the Online Returns Center. The Returns Center will guide you throughout the returns process and will require you to contact our specialized customer service team, which will schedule the pickup of your item.
Note: Please do not refuse the delivery of your item. In order to ensure the return and refund are processed correctly.
